About the Interfraternity Council Executive Board
We are the student-run organization that oversees the social fraternities of Miami University.  The IFC Executive Board is a resource for chapters and a liaison to Miami University.  The following are the goals of the IFC Executive Board:

• Ensure and increase individual chapter autonomy
• Strengthen and build up our Fraternity/Greek community by strengthening our fraternity chapters.
• Provide programs and resources that support our fraternity chapters; not compete with them.
• Provide an environment for sharing of ideas among chapters and discuss issues of common concern and interest.
• Make programs offered relevant for members/chapters (less mandatory events).
• Large-scale events (Greek Week, Spring Clean) should only be those that can't be done by chapters.
• Make Chapter Presidents' job easier.  Presidents meetings are to inform presidents of what IFC is doing to help them and get feedback on what they need to be effective.
