Roles of the Executive Vice President

• Assist the President in all orders of business and assume President’s responsibilities in case of his absence
• Facilitate communication between other executive members
• Attend meetings as delegated from President
• Produce minutes and agendas for all IFC meetings
• Maintain IFC Presidents listserv
• Maintain and update IFC Website
• Coordinate IFC Elections
• Coordinate Executive Board coverage of IFC office
• Organize and purchase IFC office supplies
• Maintain communication with chapter presidents to assist fraternities on all issues.
